The Brandon is gone!

This was the pub sign at the front of the Brandon Hotel in Carlton, probably Melbourne's finest hostelery. It features the emblem of Britannia: Boadicea wearing bells, dancing Morris, waving hankies and drinking beer. Sadly the Brandon is no more.

Come and watch the chaps dance, all for a good cause.

Parammor winery in Carlsruhe (between Woodend and Kyneton, North-West of Melbourne along the Calder) is hosting a small festival to raise money for the local Country Fire Authority volunteers.
