The Brandon is gone!

Brandon Sign
This was the pub sign at the front of the Brandon Hotel in Carlton, probably Melbourne's finest hostelery. It features the emblem of Britannia: Boadicea wearing bells, dancing Morris, waving hankies and drinking beer. Sadly the Brandon is no more.

A stroll down Maling Road is a relaxing yet stimulating experience of over fifty shops restored to their original Edwardian style in a village setting. Presentation, personalised service, individual and hand-made quality and attention to detail are the features of this unique street.

A touch of Old England.
