The Brandon is gone!

Brandon Sign
This was the pub sign at the front of the Brandon Hotel in Carlton, probably Melbourne's finest hostelery. It features the emblem of Britannia: Boadicea wearing bells, dancing Morris, waving hankies and drinking beer. Sadly the Brandon is no more.

For those of us not heading out to the Hobart mega-celebration, Brandragon and some of the Chaps will be dancing in the May Day Dawn on the Flinders St pedestrian bridge, between Flinders St Railway station and Southbank from 6.30am (or thereabouts).  Come and join in or cheer us on.  Or laugh and point, as desired.
